1. Confirm whether the LED bin area meets the requirements before using the materials. For example: whether the parameters such as voltage, light intensity and band belong to the same bin area, and the products in the same bin area should be used together. If the LED products in different bin areas are applied to the same object, their applicability should be evaluated (if the bin areas with different light intensities are used together, the brightness may be different, and the luminous color may be different when different bands are used together).
2. Packaging storage before unpacking, avoid moisture entering the LED. It is recommended that SMD series LEDs be stored in a moisture-proof cabinet with desiccant. The storage conditions are: temperature 5-30 ℃, humidity 35-60%.
3. Preventive measures during use please confirm whether the vacuum package is in good condition before use. If the package is damaged and leaking, it cannot be used directly. It needs to arrange baking dehumidification (baking conditions are recommended to be 65 ± 5 ℃ / 24 hours); Confirm that the vacuum packaging is in good condition, and there is no need to dehumidify within 6 months from the packaging date to the unpacking date (it cannot be used directly for more than 6 months). The use should follow the principle of "how much to use, how much to use, and how much to use. The unpacked lamp beads should be used up within 24 hours as soon as possible. The remaining materials should be re sealed and stored in an environment with a humidity of less than 30% and a temperature of 10-30 ℃. For more than 24 hours, it needs to be baked and dehumidified before reuse.
4. Welding conditions the reflow soldering temperature of this product is recommended to be below 260 ℃, and customers are recommended to use low-temperature solder paste. The number of reflow soldering is recommended to be less than 2 times. The second reflow soldering can only be carried out after the first reflow soldering is cooled to room temperature. Reflow soldering must be carried out within 2 hours after the end of the bonding. If it is necessary to rework the circuit board, it must be controlled within 24h after reflow soldering, and it is not allowed to be excessively exposed to the air. It is not recommended to apply this product to curved circuit boards. Avoid rapid cooling during welding, avoid mechanical force or excessive vibration in any situation during the cooling process of LED welding, and do not bend the circuit board after welding.
5. Due to the differences in the hardness, expansion coefficient and other parameters of each type of glue, for example, when the final product needs to be subjected to the dripping or extrusion process, the lamp board and the lamp strip need to be baked in a 60-80 ℃ oven for 6-8 hours before dripping and extrusion, and then the water vapor and other residues on the lamp board and lamp strip should be completely removed, and then the product matching can be verified by dripping or extrusion. If the product matching is normal, the normal batch dripping or extrusion can be carried out.
6. Electrostatic protection LED is an electrostatic sensitive electronic device, so electrostatic protection measures should be taken. Example: wear electrostatic rings during use. All equipment and instruments shall be grounded. It is recommended to conduct electrostatic damage test on the finished product after assembly.
7. It is strongly recommended that customers should first confirm the first piece and conduct small batch trial production in the process of using this product, and then put it into use in large quantities after the finished products pass various tests.
8. Other precautions: long term exposure to sunlight or occasional exposure to purple light may cause the colloid to turn yellow. In order to ensure the photoelectric performance of LED, please keep the surface of LED luminous area clean. When designing the circuit, we should prevent the reverse voltage or large current generated during the switching process from impacting the LED instantly, and avoid sharp tools such as tweezers from touching the colloidal part during use.
